Country Kennels is a family business now in its third generation, more than 60 years established, run by Lynn Tootell on Swettenham Road, north of Congleton. It offers dog and cat boarding, doggy day care and a grooming salon, and publishes day care prices of £25 a day for one dog and £45 for two dogs from the same household, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Cheshire East Council's register shows a licence for boarding kennels, cat boarding and day care, but lists an expiry date of January 2026, which has now passed; check the current licence when you call. The business's own site quotes a different-looking reference for the same licence.
