Dogs Play Centre runs day care across 35 acres at Seven Saints Farm in the Highwoods area, with separate indoor and outdoor play spaces rather than a kennelled site. It only takes dogs it judges sociable enough for group play, and asks new dogs to do a paid trial before a first full booking, priced at £9 for an assessment or £18.50 for a four-hour trial. A full day costs £34 for one dog and £54 for two; a half day is £24 or £38. It opens 7am to 7pm on weekdays. Colchester City Council licenses it for day care with a 3-star rating, running to December 2027.
